Kristen Holbrook Counselling was established in 2016 and consists of experienced Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Social Workers. We have two locations in Coquitlam and offer counselling services to adults, youth, and couples. Our Counsellors have worked in a variety of settings to ensure that we have the experience to assist our clients in the most effective way.

Whether you would like to further self-exploration, break old patterns keeping you from reaching your full potential, work through past trauma, gain more clarity on a specific issue, or repair ruptures in your relationship, we are here to support and assist you in reaching your goals.

We draw from a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches that are tailored to meet your specific needs because we know that each person is unique. Our aim is to create a safe space and work collaboratively with you. Our Counsellors have a variety of specialities and can accommodate any schedule.
